Privacy policy
We respect and protect your privacy, so we have prepared a document that specifies the issues of collection and use of data of FIT TRADE website Users (“Users”). Personal data provided by Users is processed in accordance with the range of permissions given by the Users and the rules of law, particularly with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).
Storage of data on FIT TRADE servers
The storage of data provided to FIT TRADE is in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. This data is protected with various means.
Data Administration
The Controller of the data gathered with www.fittrade.pl website is FIT TRADE Szymon Babkiewicz, ul. Bieszczadzka 20, VAT No. 7122641821, REGON: 060248762, e-mail address: biuro@fittrade.pl (“Controller”). The Controller shall make every effort to protect the interest of the data subjects and shall in particular ensure that the collected data is processed in accordance with the rules of law; collected for specified legal purposes and not passed on for further processing not in line with these purposes; correct and adequate to the purpose of processing and collection in a way allowing to identify the subjects, no longer than it is necessary to reach the purpose of processing.
Purpose of data collection
The personal data collected by the Controller will be processed for the following purposes:
- receiving commercial information sent by the Controller to the given electronic mail address, based on the art. 6, par.1, let. a of the general data protection regulation. This is particularly about the marketing information sent to the User, if they enter their e-mail address into the marked field and express their consent to receive commercial information by marking a check-box. These commercial materials are only about the Controller’s products and offer.
- direct marketing – for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller (art.6, par. 1, let. f GDPR);
- contact by means of an online form – throughout the time necessary to provide an answer, which is related to the legitimate interests of the Controller – communication with Users (art. 6, par. 1 lit. f GDPR)
The Controller can process the following personal data of the Users: first name, last name, e-mail address, contact telephone number.
Data storage period
The collected personal data will be stored throughout the time necessary to achieve the purpose, no longer than until the consent is revoked or a reasonable objection is issued.
Data recipients
The Controller can pass the data on to suppliers from whom they are receiving services related to personal data processing, e.g. IT service providers, subjects providing mass e-mailing service. These suppliers can only process the data based on a contract with the Controller and only according to their instructions. In case of an inspection, according to the GDPR, the User data can be made available to the inspectors.
Transmission of the data to third party Countries
The Controller does not transmit the data out of the European Economic Area.
Data safety
The personal data is stored on secure servers. The data can be accessed by selected employees and coworkers. The place and manner of data storage is to keep it fully secure.
The rights of Users regarding personal data processing and automated decision making
The Users have the following rights regarding personal data processing:
- the right to revoke their consent for data processing,
- the right to access the personal data and receive its copy,
- the right to demand a correction of personal data;
- the right to demand personal data removal,
- the right to demand limitation of personal data processing,
- the right to voice an objection to personal data processing regarding a specific situation that justifies a cessation of processing which the objection involves,
- the right to personal data transfer, i. e. the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used electronic format that can be machine read. The right to personal data transfer only regards the data which is processed based on a contract or consent.
In order to make use of the rights listed above, the User should contact the Controller using the contact information listed above. In order to make sure that the person contacting is actually authorized to make those decisions, the Controller may request additional information allowing effective authentication and identification.
The right to revoke consent
In the scope of data processing based on the consent, the consent can be revoked at any moment. The revoking has no bearing on the lawfulness of processing done based on the consent before it was revoked. The consent can be revoked by sending a consent revoking form to our correspondence address or our e-mail address.
The right to complain to a supervisory authority
The User also has the right to complain to a supervisory authority for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Cookies
The Controller’s website uses cookies. Cookies are small files saved by the server on a computer, tablet or smartphone and in the User’s web browser. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain it is from, “lifetime” of the cookie (how long it exists) and a randomly generated unique number for identification of the browser used to connect with the website. They are small text files (.txt) sent by the WWW server and saved on the User’s side (usually on the hard drive). The cookie parameters allow the information they contain to deciphered only by the server that created them. Cookies are not used for collecting or storing any personal data, address data or any confidential information from the User’s device. Cookies are usually used to adjust the website content to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the website. Specifically, they can recognize the used device and correctly display the website adjusted to their individual needs. Additionally, they are used to generate statistics that help the website owner understand how the Users browse it, which allows them to improve its structure and content.
The Controller’s website utilizes Cookies for different purposes: statistics files – for gathering statistical data about how the website is used; this data can be transferred to analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
Cookie settings
In most cases, the program used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored in the User’s device by default. The Users can change the cookie settings at any time in order to block automatic cookie saving by the browser or show a notification each time a cookie file is saved in the User’s device. Cookies storage time
Two types of cookies can be used – session cookies or permanent cookies. The first type only stays on the User’s website when they are using the website. The permanent cookies stay on the User’s device for as long as their lifetime is set for, or until they are removed.
Third party cookies
By using the Controller’s website, the User can receive cookies from third parties cooperating with the Controller, as well as from companies leading advertising campaigns. More info on these cookies can be found on the websites of those particular third parties.

If the website contains links to other websites, the privacy policy of those websites is regulated by separate rules. The Controller is not responsible for the content of those websites and is not responsible for the privacy policy of the owners of those sites.
Conditions of using the website
By using the Controller’s website you agree to be subject to the conditions of this privacy policy. If you do not agree with the privacy policy, do not use the website any further. The website users can use the materials published there only for fair use, regulated by the Polish law about copyright and related laws. Using the website requires access to generally accessible Internet web, which by nature does not guarantee reliability or confidentiality in the communication between the User and Controller, including the communicated content and confidentiality of the User’s data. It is recommended to have operational and updated anti-virus software while browsing the website. The Controller shall make every effort to make the website accessible fully and continuously every time, however they do not guarantee nor are responsible for the accessibility. The Controller shall make every effort for the content of the website to be accurate, valid and continuously available, however they are not responsible for any results of the content’s invalidity, inaccuracy, imprecision or deviation from reality, or their inaccessibility at any point, including the results of relying on that content. This rule also applies to a malfunction or unavailability of services o the website, malware infection, correct work of the operators ensuring continuous connection with the website or incorrect use of the website.
